Trays for Lean Manufacturing Applications: Save time and expense with kitting trays and storage trays made to fit your parts. Custom trays can be perfect for lean manufacturing environments protecting parts, reducing errors, and reducing labor for part movement and packaging.

Returnable Dunnage Trays can be used for shipping parts back and forth to a supplier. Trays can reduce packaging time, protect parts in customized pockets, and minimize damage. HDPE Trays , ABS Trays, and or Styrene Trays are typical for Returnable applications. ABS Trays and Styrene Trays are used for Automation applications. Antistatic Trays are also available.

Disposable Shipping Trays made from PETG, HIPS, or PVC can be an economical alternative to corrugated inserts. Insert trays are built to fit a corrugated box, stack, nest, and protect parts without use of corrugated inserts. Plastic trays can be a cleaner, contamination free alternate to standard inserts.

Other plastic packaging includes thermoformed clamshells, trifolds, blisters, and covers. Typical materials are PETG, RPET, APET, PVC, HIPS, and AntiStatic Materials.
